Custom1 - United Overhead Door Company, San Antonio, TX

As a homeowner, I am always looking for reliable contractors and technicians. Without a doubt, United OHDC (SA) is my go to garage door company. I have utilized this company twice in the past four years now, the first for a large install and the second four years later for a minor adjustment to the door assembly. Both times, I was thrilled with the service and even more importantly, the results. First, scheduling service was a breeze and the technician, Robert Gomez, showed up promptly, as scheduled, the very next day. He explained the work to be done and was very open and up front about the pricing for both parts and labor, which is a prerequisite when dealing with any contractor in my opinion. Finally, he performed the work discussed very professionally in a timely manner, giving me updates along the way. Overall, he was simply very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job on our doors, which have never run more smoothly. Thrilled with this service and very happy to have found my "garage door guy" here in San Antonio!
